Drum Circles: Bring your drum, bring your rattle, bring a friend. Don't have a drum? Don't worry. We have plenty of rattles, shakers and other percussion instruments you can borrow. Open to all regardless of experience or skill level. Admission: Free. Pre-registration not required. See the Calendar for the date and time of the next monthly drum circle.
The Healing Way Book Club: An informal discussion group to explore books related to healing, metaphysics, spirituality and personal growth. Titles selected will include both fiction and non-fiction works. Free Event. Pre-registration is not required. Suggestions for future titles are welcome. Chakra Explorations Series: Important energy centers, chakras are affected by, and have an impact on, our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Each month a different chakra will be explored: an in-depth study of it's function and purpose as part of our energy system. Class will include an experiential exercise. No pre-requisites.
