Understanding Your Dreams: Wednesday, May 14th, 7 - 8:30 pm. Dreams . . . A doorway to the subconscious, to the higher self? A portal to the past, present and future? Messages from spirit or other beings? A means of accessing other dimensions, other levels of consciousness? Chakra Dance with Guest Instructor Karen Boger: Thursday, May 15th, 8:30 - 9:30 pm. Moving your body joyfully, you will dance through the energies of your chakras, bringing health, happiness and well-being to yourself. No pressure. No right or wrong. Only the joy of moving your body and reconnecting with yourself and your energy. A fun and easy way to feel the energy of your chakras and get those energies moving again. $15.

Developing Your Intuition - Introduction to Understanding Intuitive and Psychic Abilities: Friday, May 16th, 7:00 - 8:30 pm. We all have intuitive or psychic ability - a sixth sense if you will. And this ability can be cultured and developed. Join professional psychic Alexandra Windsong as she shares her experience and abilities helping you to better understand your own intuitive and psychic abilities. A grounded, down to earth approach to developing the gifts we have all been given. There are no pre-requisites for any of the classes/events in this series other than pre-registration. $18.

Developing Your Intuition Field Trip: Sunday, May 18th, 1:00 - 4:00 pm. Spend the afternoon with professional psychic Alexandra Windsong on the Antietam Battlefield as she shares her experience and abilities - helping you to explore and expand your own sensing abilities in an energetically charged environment. $40 Alexandra Windsong, Instructor. Journal Writing for Personal and Spiritual Growth - Class through FCC:  Wednesdays, May 21st - June 25th. 7:00 - 8:15 pm. Learn to use journal writing to record and understand your spiritual experiences, epiphanies, challenges and doubts. While practicing different journal writing techniques, explore tools, such as meditation, which can help facilitate the journal writing process. Record your personal history, nurture self-discovery, solve problems and find your creative voice. Developing Your Intuition - Opening the Third Eye: Thursday, May 22nd, 7:00 - 8:30 pm. We all have intuitive or psychic ability - a sixth sense if you will. And this ability can be cultured and developed. Join professional psychic Alexandra Windsong as she shares her experience and abilities in this ongoing series. In this class we will focus on opening and expanding the third eye - an energy center  directly connected to one's intuitive ability. Class will include experiential exercises. $18. Gallery Readings with Alexandra: Saturday,  May 24th, 7:00 - 8:15 pm. Receive information about, and/or messages from, your spirit guides as Alexandra performs mini readings for each participant in a gallery style setting. Join us for a fun and enlightening evening as Alexandra shares her special gift. Makes a great "girl's night out". (Auras and past lives may be read for some participants). Drum for Joy Workshop with Guest Instructor Jaqui MacMillan:  Saturday, May 31st, 1:00 - 3:00 pm. From the "beginning beginner" to the advanced player, a Drum For Joy! workshop is enjoyable for everyone! Learn the language of the drum, basic hand drum technique and how to make your drum sing. All levels of experience are welcome. Please bring your drum with you to the workshop. If you need to borrow a drum please let us know upon registration. $35. (Class fills up fast)

Healer's Circle & Practice Group: Sunday, June 1st, 7:00 - 9:00 pm. A healer's circle and practice group for energy workers and energy healing students. The circle/practice group is open to those who have completed Reiki or Intuitive Energy Healing training with Alexandra Windsong. If you are an energy worker who has studied a different energy healing modality or with a different teacher and would like to participate, please contact Nancy Pritchard or Alexandra Windsong  (301-696-8380). Chakra Explorations - The Solar Plexus Chakra: Saturday, June 14th, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Important energy centers, chakras are affected by, and have an impact on, our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. This month the focus will be on the solar plexus chakra - an in-depth study of it's function and purpose as part of our energy system. In this class we will focus on developing your ability to tune into the subtle energy flows of your own energy field and the world around you in a natural setting, allowing you to tune into the natural energy flows of life and your intuitive abilities. We will meet at a pre-determined location in Frederick County weather permitting to be announced. Most likely a location along the C&O canal or the Monocacy River will be chosen. Reiki I Workshop: June 29th, 1:00 - 6:00 pm .  Reiki helps to strengthen, clear, balance and align one's energy systems to promote healing and well-being for body, mind and spirit. Simple and easy to learn, it requires no previous training, experience or special abilities, only the desire and willingness to learn. Class size is limited to six participants. Developing Your Intuition Field Trip - Schifferstadt: Sunday, July 13th. 6:30 - 9:00 pm. Join professional psychic Alexandra Windsong for a unique opportunity to stretch your own intuitive and psychic abilities at Schifferstadt museum in Frederick, MD. Alexandra has arranged for a private tour for our group to explore this highly charged environment. Following a brief meeting in front of the museum in which we will go over some basic information regarding what to expect/how to proceed in such an exploration, our group will have exclusive access to the museum which will allow each participant to focus their energy and attention on the task at hand without the distractions of other visitors to the museum who are not a part of our group. We will spend part of our time exploring the museum with our intuitive/psychic senses after which we will get the "Spirit Tour" by a member of the museum staff which will give you an opportunity to compare what you sense not only with Alexandra's sense of what is in the museum but with the stories and experiences of the staff and other visitors as well. Cost for this event is $35 which includes the cost of the tour and a donation to the museum. Space is limited. If at all possible, it is best not to research the history or stories associated with Schifferstadt beforehand as this  may prejudice your experience. Also as this is an exercise in developing your sensing abilities, please do not bring cameras, tape recorders, dowsing rods, pendulums or any other type of "ghost hunting" tools or paraphernalia.
