All activities meet at The Healing Way, 250 W. Patrick St. in Frederick, MD unless otherwise noted. There are no pre-requisites unless specifically stated in a class description. New additions to the calendar are made regularly. Shamanic Journey with Alexandra Windsong - Monday, July 6th, 7 - 8:30 pm
Journey deep within yourself, or allow the vibration of the drum to take you on a journey to another time and space for healing, personal insight and inspiration or spiritual guidance. $18.  Pre-registration required.

Shamanic Drum Circle - Friday, July 10th, 7 - 8:30 pm
Drumming can be healing, meditative, relaxing and/or energizing. It can take you on a journey deep within yourself or to other levels of consciousness. Whether you play a drum, shake a rattle, sing and chant, or simply sit back and take it all in, we all create the circle together. So come. Bring a drum, bring a rattle or just bring yourself, and join us for an amazing evening of rhythm and spirit. Open to all regardless of experience or skill level. Facilitated by Alexandra Windsong. Donations gratefully accepted.  Pre-registration not required. (No previous drumming experience is necessary. Please no children under 12.)

Special Event - One Day Only, Mini Healing Sessions with Alexandra Windsong, $20 for 20 min: July 11, 2009

Monday Night Meditation with Alexandra Windsong: Session runs July 13th - August 17th, 7:00 to 7:45 pm
Pre-registration suggested. Drop-ins welcome provided space is available. $40.00 for the entire six week session or $8.75 per individual class (drop-in).

The Gathering - Thursday, July 16th, 7 - 8:30 pm
Part social event, part support group, The Gathering is an opportunity to come together with other like-minded souls to share our thoughts, our experiences and our wisdom about life, spirituality, metaphysics, healing, and more, in a loving, supportive environment. We all learn from and help each other at The Gathering. Pre-registration is suggested as space is limited. $10.00 per person.

Chakra Attunements - Developing Your Intuition Retreat/Workshop - Sat., July 18th & Sun., July 19th, 10 am - 4 pm
In this two day intensive, each participant will experience a series of attunements, one at each chakra. These attunements are designed to help facilitate your healing, growth and personal evolution. An attunement helps to bring you into harmony and alignment with your higher self and the Universe. It re-patterns and refines your energy field, strengthening your connection to your Higher Self, your intuition and your guides. Attunements can help to enhance, or facilitate the development of your own intuitive abilities, as well as your ability to channel Universal Life Force Energy for yourself and others. Your time will be spent in silent contemplation, guided meditations, and of course receiving the attunements themselves. Time will also be set aside for discussion, allowing you the opportunity to process your experience. This event is suitable for those seeking to develop their own intuitive and psychic abilities, energy workers and anyone who wishes to live a more balanced life. A limited number of spaces are available for this event. Alexandra Windsong, Instructor. $250 per person. (Please dress comfortably. Feel free to bring snacks, etc. Lunch is on your own. What's Your Animal Totem? (Developing Your Intuition) - Tuesday, July 21st, 7 - 9 pm
Learn about the world of animal totems and messengers. Discuss how to identify and recognize personal power animals and how to interpret their symbolism and significance. Alexandra will also do mini Power Animal readings for each participant. Alexandra Windsong, Instructor. $25. Pre-registration required.

Attunements - Developing Your Intuition - Thursday, August 6th, 7 - 8:30 pm
An attunement helps to bring you into harmony and alignment with your higher self and the Universe. It re-patterns and refines your energy field, strengthening your connection to your Higher Self, your intuition and your guides. Each participant will receive an attunement as part of this class. $35. Class size is limited. Alexandra Windsong, Instructor. Pre-registration required.

Folk, Pagan, A capella, Percussive, Contemporary and Traditional Chants. Music that celebrates nature, the divine, and the human spirit with Alexandra Windsong, Nancy Pritchard, and Jaqui MacMillan  -- The Fire Sisters.  Cost: donation. (Suggested donation $5 - $10). Pre-registration not required but seating is limited.
